1. Are your items authentic? Every single item on our website is 100% authentic.
2. Are your items brand new? All items are guaranteed brand new. We do not sell used or factory defects.
3. Where do you purchase your merchandise? We purchase our discount merchandise from European outlets, boutiques making room for new merchandise, authorized dealers selling closeout on classic styles.
4. How are your prices so much lower than retail? We are an internet based outlet store with very little overhead. When you walk into a retail store like Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, who do you think pays for the retail space, employees, massive marketing budgets, to name only a few overhead costs. YOU DO! We purchase in bulk, mostly off-season merchandise so that we can offer top quality designer goods at affordable prices.

6. How long does it take for my item to arrive? We normally ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Your transit time will depend on the shipping option you choose as well as your ship to location. Please see our Shipping link for details.
7. Do you charge sales tax? We charge a 7% sales tax for shipments within the state of Florida only.
8. Do you ship international? We ship globally. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to choose the shipping method. Canada is a flat rate, and all other international destination is a flat rate. Please note that we may ask for additional verification for purchases delivered outside the United States.
9. Do you accept returns/exchanges? We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. The item must be in the same unused condition with all tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes, in tact. Please see our Return/Exchange link for details and instructions.
10. Do you charge a restocking fee? We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned within the 14-day return period.
11. How will my refund be issued? If the return is received within our return policy guidelines, we will issue a refund back to the source of your original payment within 3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card’s issuing bank. We will not refund shipping fees for any reason.
12. What if I receive a defective item? We examine each and every item for quality control before your order is shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective, send it back to us and we will send you an exchange. If you discover a defect within 30 days of your purchase, email us immediately and we will fix it for you at our cost. We are not responsible for damage to items that results from normal or excessive wear and tear. |
